Spraying reaches the overlaps and edges of each shingle in a way a brush or roller cannot. On a typical home it goes on in a single pass.
What it does not do is repair anything. A spray on roof coating for asphalt shingles cannot reseal a lifted flashing or replace a torn shingle, which is why our repairs option addresses those issues before treatment.
