What Happens During the Inspection?
During the inspection, we walk your asphalt shingle roof, check the deck, shingles, flashings and skylights, and photograph everything we find.
You see what we see. We go over the photos with you and explain each issue in plain terms.

How Do You Know If a Roof Qualifies?
A roof qualifies when it is asphalt shingle, the deck is solid, and the damage is limited to spots a tune-up can repair.
Condition decides it, not age alone. We tell you the answer at the end of the inspection.
What Happens on the Day of the Work?
On the day of the work, the crew washes and treats your asphalt shingle roof, then does a final check. If you choose the repairs option, those repairs are completed before treatment.

If a roof does not qualify, we tell you plainly at the inspection, show you why, and explain what it needs instead, at no charge.

How long does the inspection take?
The inspection is a single visit to walk the roof and take photos, and we give you the answer before we leave.
Do I need to be home for the inspection?
You do not need to be home, but many homeowners like to go over the photos with us in person.
How soon can the work be done?
Once your roof qualifies and you approve the quote, we schedule the tune-up at a time that works for you.
How long does the tune-up take?
The tune-up takes two to three hours with a two-person crew.
Do you replace shingles during the tune-up?
Damaged shingles are replaced during the tune-up, before the coating goes on.
What if my roof does not qualify?
We tell you at the inspection and explain what it needs instead. You pay nothing.
