Does the Warranty Transfer If You Sell the House?
Whether the warranty transfers to a new owner is spelled out in your written warranty, and we will confirm it for your home at the inspection.
If you are planning to sell, tell us when you book and we will go over it with you.
What Voids the Warranty?
The warranty is voided by damage or changes that did not come from our work, such as someone else cutting into or altering the roof, or physical damage from outside causes like falling branches.
Your written warranty lists every exclusion. If you plan work on the roof, such as a new vent or solar, call us first and we will tell you how to keep your coverage.
- Work on the roof by others
- Physical damage from outside causes
- Problems unrelated to the tune-up
