What Does Roof Cleaning Cost?
Roof cleaning cost depends on the size and pitch of the roof, how many stories it is, how much buildup is on the shingles and the washing method used.
Soft wash roof cleaning cost follows the same factors as roof washing cost in general. Bigger, steeper and dirtier roofs take longer.
We do not sell cleaning on its own. The wash is one step of every roof tune-up.

Is Soft Wash Roof Cleaning Safe for Asphalt Shingles?
Soft wash roof cleaning is safe for asphalt shingles when it uses low pressure, because high pressure strips granules off the shingle.
That is why our tune-up wash is a low-pressure rinse. The goal is a clean surface for the coating, without taking granules with it.
Does Roof Cleaning Make a Roof Last Longer?
Roof cleaning does not make a roof last longer, because a wash makes a roof look better for a season and changes nothing about the shingles, flashings or skylights.
Dry, brittle shingles are still dry and brittle after a wash. A lifted flashing still leaks.
